Department field not available to add to Action Rule custom email.

Did they just overlook this field or anyone know of another way to add <department> to a custom email? I have tried <department>, <dept>, <departments>. You can add <location> but not department. You should be able to add any field in the database to an email.

Not sure why, but department recently disappeared from my client information. I can't pinpoint when for sure.
