I am trying to install WHD and connect it to a local MSSQL Server DB,However this is the error i keep getting.
user is unable to add notes to his ticket. His account is fine. usually when it happens the user has two accounts. 12.7.13 - Build #12.7.13.120
I want to be able to to configure tickets to automatically auto escalate based time to the respective group levels and to the group managers.
I created a ticket in WHD which is currently opened. I then went back and attempted to add an attachment. I can select a file to attach but the attachment is not being saved.
What SQL table are the actual Request Types names stored in?
In version 12.8's password policy, the minimum password length is 12 characters. Our WHD is synced with our Active Directory; our minimum password length is only 10 characters. Will the new minimum length in version 12.8 affect how our LDAP user logins?

We are starting to roll out the Company field for users profiles (clients in WHD). However, we have a user that works for two companies that are on the same WHD. Is there a way to assign two companies, or do we need to make two client profiles for that user?
Is anyone else having issues with Technician OOO flags terminating too early using WHD12.8.n releases? Only seems to be an issue for me in Production where data has come from pre-12.8.n release. A vanilla install is fine.
