WHD Installation
I am trying to install WHD and connect it to a local MSSQL Server DB,However this is the error i keep getting.
Have a client that cant add notes to his ticket. His account is fine in WHD. ?

I am logged into WHD as a client but I am unable to add attachments to a ticket previously opened. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Improved password policy for version 12.8
In version 12.8's password policy, the minimum password length is 12 characters. Our WHD is synced with our Active Directory; our minimum password length is only 10 characters. Will the new minimum length in version 12.8 affect how our LDAP user logins?
