I created a ticket in WHD which is currently opened. I then went back and attempted to add an attachment. I can select a file to attach but the attachment is not being saved.

What version of WHD? If this is within the Client Interface known issue - upgrade to 12.8.1+HF1
We're currently at 12.8.0...Can you point me to any documentation about this known issue? Thanks
