As a group, we need to stay active in our use of the Web Help Desk Feature Request Area of THWACK. Recently I read the following idea that was posted about a month ago, only to discover there had been no less than 6 other posts over several years, requesting to have a feature implemented: [mention:f1fa9223af414fafb2c84c0807186040:fb5d84b10a5745448a7a45dafc1faa43]
If we aren't actively voting on feature requests and asking for Web Help Desk to be developed, we aren't likely to see good additions being added to the software.
So do me a favor, please go vote for the idea above and the other 4 ideas that are still active describing the same feature.
The feature is AWESOME and it's necessary. Thanks for the great team work!
