Hello, We have a list of alerts which are INFORMATIONAL messages and don't need any acknowledgement by our NOC team. These automatically create an Incident in our ticketing system. Is there a way to auto acknowledge these alerts? Maybe an action in the alert trigger action? Thanks, Arnab

We are receiving the SNMP Traps from devices to Log Analyser but alerting is not working after some time. As we have High availability enabled, we are doing a failover and alerting is working for some hours again same issue is repeating? Raised vendor case still no solution.
