Is it possible to trigger an action rule on a specific approval step of an approval process? Once a ticket has received final approval I would like for it to be auto-assigned to our bookkeeper (a tech) for processing. Any ideas?
The ticket is ofcourse visible to the defined tech group or assigned as per load balancing but now the ticket is editable or atleast the note is editable.. Can this be disabled and only way it can be edited is only after the approval. Please guide me if possible. @typhoon87 @kellytice
