Connecting to Database with Excel
I am looking for a way to create a data source in Excel that connects to the WHD database on our server so I can pull in specific data and add my custom fields. Is anyone aware of a way to do this? We are a SQL Server shop and I have no experience with PostgreSQL, so looking for some guidance.
Cannot get portecle.bat to work on WHD 12.7.6. Will not display anything.
When configuring the server options per the document, portecle.bat will not run and will not open a new window so I can create a new Keystore. Show Tech Note Work Time in Email Updates
I would like to include the tech time in the email updates that get sent out. Right now it sends the tech note date, name, and text. Is there a way to include the work time on these?
