In this article I have described how to identify/troubleshoot the WHD incoming mail
First check if the E-mail account ID icon is green or red.
If there is an issue in the connection to the email account icon will be red.

Click on the problematic email ID and check if all the configurations are correct.
Username.Password,email address,account type,authentication,incoming mail server outgoing mail account,port.
when you click save
If you get the below message, then verify if the connection is successful on E-mail historyz.

If there are any of the fields are incorrect, it can cause the email account connection to fail.

Also in the email history you will notice the error message.

In this situation as a troubleshooting steps:
Check the email account user name and Password.
Try login in to the email account and verify the email account is working fine.
check if the correct ports/incoming mail server and account type configured.
