When trying to manage volumes, I find a sizable gap in ease of use. Decision to remove /home... for example or clean up all A: or CD Manage Nodes -> Nodes, Interfaces exist - add volumes (new and old views) Discovery Ignore - volumes - let us auto ignore and auto monitor (like interfaces) Edited to add: as a matter of…
Please include 'Alert Notes' as a column that you can choose to display on the All Active Alert page. It would also be nice if an alert action could write to the 'Alert Notes' for each alert. I would like to be able to include the URL for the instructions that the NOC is supposed to follow in that field. Additionally I…

Unfortunately, there is no option to disable the LLDP/CDP poller alone via the List Resources or Manage Pollers pages for the node. The only option we have is to disable the Topology Layer via List resources We need a feature under Intelligent Maps to disable/hide the LLDP/CDP poller alone via the List Resources

This is real annoying due to large amounts of false down devices we get when it responds normally via ping. All polling method should default to ICMP ping for response time with the option to choose something else.
