Group and Group Members alerts as primary and secondary

Whenever Group is down only one alert event should trigger but when devices (one or more Members) in that group are down should generate mutiple alert events. please share the information.

Example:

Group is having 4 devices (Nodes) if all devices are down, it should generate one alert event. If 2 devices are down in that group it should generate 2 alert events.

Requirement - Whenever group is down should get one alert event. If any members are down, we should get two alert events in the trigger condition.

FYI - We have configured node down alert for all devices in solarwinds. How can i exclude above group event alert for this node alert ?
