Is there a way to configure SWHD to send an email to all the techs when a new ticket is created via email? If not how do I change where and when it send the notifications of a new email ticket?
So, I was able to figure this out thanks to this Discussion item: Ticket Auto-Assigns to Tech & Email Notifications are sent to ONLY that Tech
Checking Level Techs under "Force E-Mail Notification To" emails all the techs in that level upon ticket creation.
