I hope this is a "me" problem, because I can't imagine that the email template function is broken. The currently selected Request Types for any given email template are no longer listed, so when I try updating the template itself, it won't let me save...because I haven't selected any Request Types. But you see, I already have Request Types selected, they're just not being displayed, nor recognized when I try to save. So I get an error saying "You must select at least one Request Type." If I DO select one, I assume it will let me save, but then it's now disappeared, so I can't turn it back off.
One moment later...
Great! I just realized my test save saved over EVERYTHING. It didn't ADD a Request Type, it replaced the entire list with the one I just tried to add.
If you switch to All, then back to Specific, all the request types then show up, but ALL of them are now unchecked, including the one I just added. So as it stands, I either CAN'T update a template, OR I can update it as long as I toggle to All, then back to Specific, then go through and re-select every Request Type I had originally set!
Thankfully, this was all in Test, but Prod is showing the same behavior, I just haven't saved any changes there.
