How can I keep all the out of the box service agents permissions and restriction but also make the service agent only see their own groups tickets i have already asked this question but it seems I can't reach it after the update
I think I responded to this before, although the question seems a bit different. I believe that if you change the scope to their group, it limits to what they see. I have done this for task users. I have not tested it with agent users, but I assume it would do the same as it does with task users. You just have to do that at every level though. Like for what they can manage, read, update, etc., each scope has to be set to their group.
