A little detail on how we are setup today.
Application server: CentOS 7 -> running WHD 12.7.8
Database Server: Windows Server 2012 R2 -> running SQL Server 2014 SP2
Attempting to upgrade WHD to version 12.7.12 ultimately bombs with the infamous "An error occurred while updating the database: Please contact administrator"
Yes, the SQL account being used is a DBO. This is a test server stood up to validate the upgrade process before moving on to upgrading the actual production servers.
We have multiple Web Help Desk instances running for different departments. Strange thing is I was able to confirm the upgrade on one of the other instances. The instance having the trouble has the largest database which is over 90gb in size(not sure that matters).
Anyone else run into this issue while going through the upgrade?
Looking to get Web Help Desk upgraded before going through the Windows OS and SQL Server upgrades.
