Greetings!
A question from our internal team was raised as to whether or not it is possible to change the number scheme for incident tickets, service tickets, change requests, etc. so that they are easily identifiable?
A prefix like INC- or SVC- would be ideal, but if alphanumeric is not possible, then even a numeric code (1- or 2-, for example) would workable as well.
Is that currently possible in SWSD, and if so, can someone point out where that would be configured?
