I just upgraded my free functional version 12.7.9 to the latest 12.7.12 and now I get this error - anyone know how to adress that issue?

I installed the the file from here: https://www.solarwinds.com/downloads/WHDWIN64Free.zip

WebHelpDesk-12.7.12.1710-x64-free

Is that the correct file/version for free edition?

Not sure you can upgrade a Free Edition - more likely need to install on a fresh machine then restore the database but the upgrade scripts might not work - there have been some schema changes.
