When I am working tickets, sometimes the available subcategories don't match the ones available. I am an Admin, it would be handy to have gear icon to add a subcategory. I am thinking there would be a little + or gear in the drop down menu were you could add a new subcategory or fix a miss spelling. Otherwise its Setup, Service Desk, Categories, Click the arrow, find the miss spelled word, click the pencil, edit the name, click save. That whole process is a chore. What I am seeking is a small short cut in the menus that only appears for users with manage permission for SWSD setup.
