Received error 404 when notifying WHD Spring context of successful database update

Getting this error when installing Web Help Desk on a 2012 R2 server.

Using port 8081 to setup since 8443 is taken by another application on this server.

Anyone run into this error when installing a fresh instance of Web Help Desk?

Migrating from a windows 10 machine to windows server for better stability going forward.

Come to find out from my senior team member above me, there was an application on the server I was installing on already using the necessary 8443 port.  Stopped it for a few minutes and I was able to continue on with my installation.
