I'm having a little fun with WHD, but, when I try to get a Ticket Report by Client, but I have not made it yet . Does anyone knows if this it is possible?

There is no category for Client so I am guessing the answer to your question is no.
I would say this is something that needs added. As well as a ticket report for Techs also!

You cant unfortunately - its hard coded.
You could use SQL reporting if you are using a SQL server but SolarWinds wont support that...

Also in the 12.2 Beta they added asset reporting and a new reporting engine so this seems like it could be in a future release.

Good news is that we made reporting on Clients possible on new Asset Reporting and we want to make it available in ticket reporting too.
Thinking further on this, it would be handy if there was a print view or an export link on the Ticket History tab in the Clients section, since I am assuming some sort of query or filter has already run in the background to collate all the ticket info together for the client...?
