I have a problem with my CAB approvers updating. As of now when it attaches the approval process from the CAB it's showing an out dated list of users. Is there somewhere that I need to visit and clean to fix this issue?
Did you check the Approval Process steps to see which step has the old users?
That would show you whether it is a Location or Department Approver, and the Approver Role being used.
I have, There is no sign of old approvers in the process. My version is still on 12.2 and I've heard of a JAVA problems I think that might be causing the issue but not certain. I also don't have the slightest idea on how to fix them if they are.
