When using Web HelpDesk and trying to send an e-mail through a ticket, im getting the following error message:-
could not send e-mail to recipient@email.com
452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources
Any thoughts on why this is?
That error message looks like it is coming from your Exchange server / mail server.
That usually indicates back pressure where the hub transport server is struggling for resource.
To test telnet directly to your mail server and try sending a mail to the configured web help desk account.
