Web Help Desk 2026.4 Release Candidate Now Available

Hello everyone,

We're pleased to announce that the Release Candidate (RC) for Web Help Desk 2026.4 is ready.

WHD 2026.4 brings back full REST API support, adds support for multi-instance deployments, and includes a large set of stability fixes for issues reported in earlier releases.

The RC is a controlled pre-release, so it won't be posted in the Customer Portal. If you'd like to try it out before General Availability, especially if you're waiting on API support or on fixes from the 2026.2.x releases, please reach out to the SolarWinds Customer Support team. Our team will share the download links, the release notes, and the upgrade guidance. The RC is available to customers with active maintenance.

Your feedback on the RC will help us make the GA release as solid as possible.

So the busted ass versions are still up to download but the RC that fixes it you have to talk to support? Makes no sense.

I can't believe we are paying thousands of dollars for this product, and you raise the price consistently.

Can you please post the change log? It would make sense to have that posted so we can decide if its worth our time to reach out for the download considering the situation you've put us all in releasing the previous versions with such severe issues. We all would like to be in a functional and secure state. Right now, we're forced to choose between one or the other, and the information needed isn't being shared. We're almost to the end of October. This situation is getting to be close to 5+ months old now.
