Sometimes we run into issues where we have an existing custom field (dropdown single select) but then run into new situations where having it be a multiselect dropdown would be better, but the current field is tied to a bunch of logic and workflows, so creating a new field and swapping it out would be tedious.
It would be nice to swap similar with similar (so dropdown with multiselect, text with text area, etc.)
