Looking to get that values a user enters in a service catalog field (the date/time) field to be able to use that date/time as an actual trigger for automation. My use case scenario is for onboardings and offboardings we have 'immediate' and 'schedule', if schedule it reveals the date/time field. I use that field in the title of the request once submitted but I also would use it as the time to actually put tasks and send notifications to people.
