We would greatly appreciate the ability to remove comments from Solutions. Even when a Solution is well written and helpful, a single poor or outdated comment can negatively impact how it’s perceived by others.
Currently, comments whether inaccurate, outdated, or unnecessarily negative remain attached to a Solution indefinitely. This can reduce the overall quality and credibility of otherwise strong content.
It would be extremely helpful if technicians or administrators had the ability to remove comments (e.g., via a simple “Remove” or “X” option) to keep Solutions clean, relevant, and professional.
At the moment, the only workaround is to recreate the Solution entirely, which results in a new Solution ID and the loss of associated data, history, and references, making it far from ideal.
