We have a requirement (SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley) to document approvals for access to various directories. Access to these folders is controlled by Active Directory security group membership and requires the approval of the Group Manager. We have dozens of these groups and users may need and request access to several of these directories.
It would be very helpful to be able to add a runbook for the requestor's manager to approve the request ticket then, if the manager approves the overall request, add additional request Runbooks for one or more of the directories which may be to more than one individual.
It is possible to delete an attached Runbook, but doing so removes the approved record from the Task tab. It does remain in the Audit record, but that is very messy and difficult to research. Therefore, it would be helpful if the Task tab record was not removed and/or multiple Runbooks could be attached as required.
