Filtering tickets in SolarWinds Service Desk currently requires going through Edit View → Add Filter → Apply, and the filter is lost when navigating away. This slows down triage and makes simple tasks—like isolating tickets in Waiting Approval—far more time-consuming than they should be.
It would greatly improve workflow efficiency to have inline column-level filters directly on each column header (similar to Excel-style dropdowns or basic filter icons). Even single-select filters would allow rapid sorting and triage without repeatedly opening Edit View.
This enhancement would reduce clicks, speed up daily operations, and make Ticket List views behave more like modern data grids.
