A full reservation where asset(s) can be temporarily checked out to a client for a predetermined amount of time (date/time to date/time). If the reservation item(s) is not returned by the due date, the system automatically sends a reminder email to the client. Similar to the feature that is present in Web Help Desk (WHD).
