Currently I'm integrating the SolarWinds Service Desk connector to my product known as OpsHub Integration Manager, for integrating and migrating SolarWinds SD's entities like Incident, Problem etc. to the target ITSM systems like ServiceNow, Jira etc.
Now for this I want to get metadata details for all the available system and custom fields present in the current entity type.
I have referred this -
SolarWinds ITSM API API documentation, but in this I didn't get any details about such API.
I also search other online articles about it but didn't get any such API. So want to ask that is there any such API available for SolarWinds Service Desk platform which can provide all the metadata details for the system and custom fields available in entity.
Need speedy response, as currently I'm blocked here in development.
