Having a calendar feature built into Solarwinds Service Desk seems to me to be a key missing feature. I've used several Help/Service desk applications & this is the first one I've encountered where I am unable to place due dates on tickets or reminders on tickets.
We have a fair # of tickets that require follow-ups (e.g., person is away on vacation, a hardware item has been loaned out & is due to be returned by a particular date, etc.). Being able to place a reminder on a ticket (which is on Hold) to follow-up on a particular date is a necessity in our environment. Presently, I'm putting in reminders in Outlook for tickets in Solarwinds Service Desk since your application is lacking this feature.
