Would like to see a vacation calendar in Web Help Desk that places the Tech in vacation mode automatically.
Can we get a calendar view that shows all Changes and Releases by their scheduling, including which change/release it is by title and who is running the change/release. This would make it a lot easier to visualize Change/Release workflow.
I was excited when I saw their was an integration with Google Calendar, particularly with Incident tasks. But the tasks from SW don't create tasks on the Google Calendar. They create events. Call me crazy, but I think tasks should create tasks when synced.
