Ability to customise metrics based on average/mean/range/median/sum/count of fields.
It would be great to be able to add a blank widget and chose a field, then for then to be options on how to filter on the field. S
Sum of tickets where title like <<something>> or raised by certain user
Or average age of tickets, filtered on updated at greater than last 30 days.
This would be really useful to geneate desired metrics on the fly for any field if possible, (eg sum of username would just return fail or NaN) but i recognise that it would be a lot of work to do this for any field.
