Hello Solar Team,
Some of the comments below have been already been submitted by the community and some aren't i want to make a comprehensive thread for Workflow feature.
Mainly my idea to use the Service Catalogue to be one stop shop for all IT requester some of the requester are straightforward and some of them a bit complicated.
1- Allow the requester & agent to see the comments added by the approver.
2- In case of the decline allow the requester to edit the custom field based on the approvers comments ( from point 1 )
3- Allow IT agent to add/edit existing field when service request is submitted Use case might be if you have IT budget estimation field for such request agents might need to add it.
Suggestion where could this requirement could be fulfilled.
- Making the comment prompted to the approved as variable we could use to communicate for requester and agent. > Point1
- the only option we have in the " process tab " is to " update existing record" would be possible to add customer field on the go. which will fulfill point number 3

I believe enabling such features, will make the workflow more agile to adopt to most of the IT request if not mistake same workflow is used in Change request module too . Thanks
