It could be helpful to have an option to add a "Wait" in the process in Service Requests.
Adding a Wait (x amount of seconds or minutes) before next task or process could be helpful in some scenarios.
YES! I literally put in a support ticket and was coming here to post this. I find that the process timing does not work the way that you would expect. Right now, I'm working on a Process for our onboarding tickets that sends out a notification to key parties to give them info and details about the onboarding. Since we can't use Custom Fields in the Email Notifications (confirmed with support that this is not supported). So my work around was to update the Incident's Description with the custom fields and then have the notification use the incident description since that can be used in the email notifications. If you don't refresh or do a stop/restart process it will send whatever generic info you have and will not update with the custom info. I was told that needing the wait was a feature request, but I think if the process just worked the way the UI orders, you wouldn't need a wait...Or you know if they supported custom fields like they seem to in a lot of other places.
