There is no easy way to share the ticket to a team member or manager using the SWSD mobile app. The app should have a share icon that opens the phones built in sharing menu where you can choose the app (Teams/SMS/Slack/Email) etc. This should generate a web URL for the ticket you are sharing and send it to the app for sharing. The @xyz is not the answer for all situations.
