Can you add the feature so that when we create a task for an incident we can set a start and due time as well as the date ?
The main reason for this is under an incident ticket sometimes we plan to resolve it at a set time if we need to visit the user therefore we would like to use a 3rd party (like Zapier) to insert a calendar entry into our work Calendars based on the task information. At the moment it will only create it as a all day item at midnight and we would prefer it to base it on the time.
