We need to be able to add fields to contracts. Not items on the contact, but things like:
1. Contract licensed Totals
2. Contract licenses Consumed
This will allow us to put in a contract like Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Abnormal, Zscaler, etc, and know exactly how many licenses we have and what are consumed. It would be great if you would establish API's to these applications reading the information however let's not put the cart before the team of horses.
I would like to add custom fields to contracts and other areas not just related to ticketing. If I can now please someone explain.
