The solution article formatting needs to be improved. I find myself spending alot of time reformatting text that I copy over from Microsoft Word or some other word document processing software, or from our Intranet to a solution article, at times due to the amount of time it takes or the formatting not being supported I end up typing and reformatting everything manually.
Also at times even if I am able to copy and paste such as from Microsoft Word to the solution article it looks fine, but when I view the article from the home portal the formatting is off, I end up switching back and forth from modifying, saving and refreshing the article to see if the formatting now looks like the way iI want it to look.
