We recently discovered that the search bar (called Universal Search according to SWSD documentation), only allows requesters to search for service catalog request tickets and solutions. I think it would be even more useful for requesters if Incident ticket categories would be included in this search bar, whether it be tracking the tags we add to our categories, or the names of the categories/subcategories that we create. For example, say I created a category called "Password Reset". If a requester searches for "password" in the search bar, it would point them to the category that best describes their search.
