Please add the ability to set the 'Requester' within Automations.
We're looking to solve an issue similar to the example below:
I'm looking to see if it's possible to create an automation that would set the requester of an incident based on an email address in the body of an inbound email. For example, workflow@company.com creates an incident via email with %jack@company.com in the body. The automation would set the requester to jack@company.com.
