Similar to how the agents can switch to the portal view, the app should allow an agent to switch to the requestor view and view their own tickets like a requestor. This aids in troubleshooting, creating documentation and managing your own tickets. Due to SSO, I cannot login as a requestor. There is no option to choose your persona when you login. I would prefer to see an option in the settings that allows you to change personas if you are a licensed agent. This should allow switching in both directions, with no logout, like the web.
