During Service Catalog Item process, sometimes the conditions should not apply to a specific set of requesters.
Let's say a sales rep needs a new computer, the request should be approved by his manager.
But if the CEO needs a new computer, this shouldn't send an approval.
So we need a way to identify if a requester is member or not of a specified group (for instance : management). If there are, no approval is sent.
