While you can specify a custom name on a service request (even if process fields are not available ... which they should be -- we have noticed that process fields are not generally available for updating or usage in general) the same functionality would be nice for a task name for those tasks created as part of a service request process. This way the tasks are easily identifiable in an agents task list.
Right now, any agent who has a large number of tasks originating from the same service request has to click through in order to action them as there is no way of knowing more about the task.
