I would like to see more support for directory services. Allowing companies to use security groups from Directory Services like Active Directory would allow us to populate members of groups for Tech Accounts, Tech Groups, Approval Processes, Departments, Locations, who is able to see Request Types that don't fall into the default selections, etc,..
Allowing companies to use a pre-existing structure would enhance the overall experience of technicians having to support WebHelpDesk. Nothing is more frustrating to an admin having to define the same members in every service they support. PLEASE add this.
