Hi, I'm a new SWSD customer and was hoping to get some insight to how others have dealt the limitations of using Google SSO for provisioning users. Since the only available attribute for newly created Google SSO accounts is email address, we're looking for a way to at least get first/last name associated with their…
Is there a way to resend the activation email for users (created manually or via import) in bulk instead of one by one? The Actions menu, which allows multiple users to be selected, does not contain the option to send the activation email. It only appears under the actions column for each individual user.
Hi, Currently we only have a single domain. However, due to a segmentation of our network for security reasons, we will have several domains in the future. It should not be a problem to install collector servers in the new domains and use them to manage users and groups in the respective domains. What I am wondering now:…
Hi, I have a question regarding user provisioning. When I disable a user in Service Desk, I am not able to get that user in the GET request's response. I am using this documentation: Link. The GET response contains user's Id, if I do not get the ID then I will not be able to enable/disable user.
Suggest a Notes field in the User/Group account section (screenshot) In my environment we must document user/group adds to Solarwinds with a Change Request. Great to have a field for entries like "added JoeP 12Sep2022 per CRxxxxxxx" with CR... as the Change Request number. Thanks.

I would like to use Azure AD as an authentication method in NPM. It would be of great added value, because it allows for cross-platform user management going further than what is supported by Windows AD. I have raised this feature request under case number 00225452
I was told to create 10 accounts for the SolarWinds users... they should have the same access, a bit restricted. at least 10 minutes of stupid clicking job for each, with high chance for missclick. Please add feature to copy an Orion user or another method for set up identical accounts for different users.
We have a large number of accounts in our solarwinds system, a mixture of Ad grous and local accounts. To make sure we keep on top of the accounts we've set all accounts to disabled that haven't been logged into in the last year. To do this we run the following SQL against the DB weekly: UPDATE Accounts SET AccountEnabled…
