When you receive a SWSD email update or if a colleague shares the link to the ticket in Teams/Slack/Zoom etc. when you click on the link it opens in the mobile web view. Please change this behavior to open in the app if the SWSD app is installed, otherwise it should open in the browser, and the browser should include a header bar to download the app.
