Conversation View in Outlook scans the thread for messages that are wholly contained within other messages. This would be extremely helpful to have when on the initial ticket, the Client Cc's other people. When those Cc'd people respond back from the initial E-mail by the Client, the E-mail doesn't contain the modified subject that includes the unique ticket identification number. Thus it creates multiple tickets for the same issue. The ability to detect another ticket with the same message thread in an open status and automatically merge them would be a great addition for tracking tickets properly.
