We keep a lot of information in the details of each configuration item (CI). For now, in order to check information in a field of a particular CI, need to open each CI one by one (1318 CI currently, 19 fields in each).
It would be great to have a possibility to add these fields in the column view in Service desk/CMDB and then export all to csv/excel/pdf. Also useful for our auditors, and internal checks.
