Web Help Desk allows the creation of both locations and departments but there is no ability to link a department to a location. Therefore, when creating a ticket, you must scroll through the whole list of locations and the whole list of departments.
I work on a college campus where we have over 120 departments and it would be much quicker to put in a new ticket if, once you selected the location, you were given a list of departments that are in that location instead of the entire list of departments.
