Our District would like to have the ability to make the Help Desk Portal Site to be more customizable so its more a one stop for all IT related information for our end users. Some of the dashboard options that are available for agents would be nice to have for our end users.
- iFrame Capabilities
- We are currently looking into a service that would show the status of service outages. This would allow our end users to see if Google, Securly, etc is down prior to them putting in a ticket.
- RSS Feeds
- Ability to pull RSS feeds into the portal to provide end users with current information relating to product we use in the District.
- Editable Text Area
- Our IT Department is constantly working on projects. We store the information in the Solutions area, but it would be nice to have an area that we could highlight current projects to make it easier for our end users to find the documentation/training on that project.
